to hold a current Victorian Working With Children Check.
The Club Secretary maintains a WWCC Register including:

No adult may work with children without verification.
MEMBER PROTECTION POLICY
Macclesfield Pony Club Inc adopts the PCA Member Protection Policy.

Complaint submitted in writing to the Club President or Secretary.

Matter acknowledged within 7 days.

Committee reviews and attempts informal resolution where appropriate.

If required, matter escalated to PCV or PCA under the National Integrity Framework.
